Everything in the universe is in a constant state of movement, we know it as vibration. The speed or rate at which something vibrates is called its frequency.
The only difference between one object and another is the rate of its vibration. Even solid objects that we perceive as ‘static,’ such as cement or a desk, are vibrating at a slow speed.
Your body, on the other hand, vibrates at an extremely high rate, typically. When we are burdened by hardened emotions or empathic energy, our vibration can slow down. This causes cloudy thinking, overwhelm, feeling disconnected, and fatigue (among other things).
Our thoughts, like everything else in the universe, are energy. And they vibrate at different frequencies depending on the nature of the thought. So, taking the time to recalibrate your frequency to grace and gratitude will continue to ATTUNE you to be in more flow with your creations, and therefore in more flow with Universal support.
Our thoughts are cosmic waves that are so powerful they penetrate all space and time. And our thoughts & feelings control the vibration of our body.

When we do this, our thoughts change and our vibration naturally increases! We become more aligned to the things we truly want to experience in life and have easier access to higher solutions that will help us each day.
Your emotional states dictate the vibration that your body is in. And, to a large extent, these vibrations dictate how you experience life because they set up resonance with anything that is on the same frequency.
Ever notice how when you are in a bad mood, the day seems to just keep going in that direction? You stub your toe, traffic is bad, your boss is irritable, you make mistakes at work that you normally wouldn’t make, and so on. It’s all a match.

Emotions don’t OWN you. You are a collaborator with them. See it as a partnership and an opportunity to learn from them or leverage them to higher knowledge!
